okay well… i haven’t exactly been doing that good at all. but. i’ve been losing weight. i’ve lost about ten pounds in the last 15 days without even doing anything. which is good. but now, i want to get back on track because i see the changes that just ten pounds of fat removed from your body has. and i love it. i may not weigh 150 on the 22nd, but thats fine. im determined...
